The first mission of the Blackstaff campaign where we play as Thomas Blackstaff. In this mission we need to capture the enemy estate. Use the shields to provide cover against enemy archers and use archers to take out ranged enemy units. The only trap section in this map is when you get to the wooden stakes. Here you will need to use expendable armed peasants to trigger the traps (about 3 of them), then wait for the fires to die out. The traps stretch all the way towards the gate, so be sure to clear them out first before advancing. Alternatively you can slot in your archers in the enemy tower so that they in turn can punish the enemy. Save the game after breaching.

Use catapults to demolish the gate or a wall section to breach. Then make your way to the castle and capture it to win.
