Le gâteau moelleux aux pommes… juste parfait pour un dimanche d’automne. Premier gâteau de cette petite série de cinq gâteaux de grand-mère à refaire avec les enfants pendant les vacances, dites-moi en commentaire si vous le refaites et régalez-vous bien surtout. 🥰🥰🥰

4 pommes
200 g de farine
100 g d’huile ou 125 g de beurre fondu
3 oeufs
100 a 125 g de sucre
1 sachet de levure chimique
50 ml de lait ou lait végétal
1 cc de cannelle
2 cuil a soupe d’eau de fleur d’oranger (facultatif)

Cuisson 45-55 minutes a 180 degrés (surveillez et plantez une lame de couteau pour vérifier. Plus votre gâteau sera petit et haut, plus la cuisson ira vers les 55 minutes.)
