Friends, today I will show you how to make such a mini rechargeable fan. There is no substitute for any type of rechargeable fan during heating and load shedding. The fan you can see with me now can give about 3-4 hours of backup on a full charge. Friends can see how much air is coming from the fan. Let's see how I made such a fan in today's video. If you watch the video carefully, you can make such a fan yourself. A request to you before going to the main video.
I used one such table lamp body for this work. With which I had earlier made a table lamp. Which I don't need anymore. So decided to make a fan with it. So from the body I will omit this part. Because lights were to be installed here but now lights are not needed for this purpose so I kept it aside. Here you can see a hole where the microUSB port was attached. Also there is a switch port which I will use. Now open the body and separate it.
Then you will need some mobile batteries. Even if the batteries are old it will work just to see if the batteries can hold the charge. I will use a 5 volt TP4056 model autocut charging circuit so that the bats are never overcharged. A switch will be required to turn the fan on and off. So I would use a switch like this. Now the main thing that will be needed is such a motor. It is a 3.7 volt motor. This type of motor will run at a good speed at 3.7 volts. Next one such fan will be needed. Today's fan can be made only if these are the only ones.
I'll put the batteries together first. I will connect the negatives of all the batteries together. Here the connection will be parallel. Once the negative ends are attached, now I will attach the positive ends. After installing everything, you can see that I got two wires. Both these wires are battery connection wires. Now connect the autocut charging circuit with this battery cable. I will solder the green cable to the battery negative first. Once done, solder the other red cable to the battery positive of the circuit. This is what it looks like after soldering. Now I will put both side tape on the battery to set the battery inside the fan. Now put the battery in here. Guys see how I put the batter here Autocut circuit should be set here but I'll leave it like this for now. Now it's time to put the switch in place. So you see I put the switch. Now solder some cable to the voltage output terminals of the circuit. This will basically be the motor connection. While soldering, the green cable must be applied to the negative and the red cable to the positive.
