Dr. Er. Biraj Singh Thapa completed his bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Kathmandu University, Masters of Science in Renewable Energy Engineering from Pulchowk Campus, Ms by Research in Mechanical Engineering, Hydropower Engineering from Kathmandu University & Doctor in Philosophy, Fluids Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

His area of specialization is hydropower and hydrogen. He believe that a strategic blend of these two energy sectors can change the future of the South-Asia region, both economically and environmentally.

He is advocating and leading projects for introducing Green Hydrogen as an alternative future fuel for Nepal. As the Team Leader of Green Hydrogen Lab at Kathmandu University, his roles are to contribute to knowledge development and management for local industrial adaptation of state-of-art technologies in the field of Green Hydrogen.

Dr. Er. Thapa interests are in cross-disciplinary research in the field of renewable energy systems contributing to the Net Zero Carbon Goals.

Er. Rajkumar Adhikari is a professional Civil engineer with MBA degree. He has worked in different manufacturing companies like Shivam Cement, Ambe Steels, Siddhartha Cement & CG Cement as a Technical Project Sales Manager and as a Project Manager in the construction industry. He has diverse work experience in the construction industry from construction material manufacturing industry to the use of those materials.

Currently, Er. Adhikari is working as an authorized valuer of different commercial & development banks of Nepal.
