Chicken Nawabi Creamy Boti Fry Written Recipe With Directions

Ingredients:

-Chicken breast boneless 1 Kg (cubes)
-Ginger garlic (lehsan adrak) paste 1 tbs
-Lemon (nimbu) juice 1
-Green chilies (hari mirch) chopped 1 tbs
-Fresh coriander (dhania) chopped 1 tbs
-Egg (anda) 1
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ¼ tsp
-White pepper (safaid mirch) 1 tsp
-Salt (namak) 1 tsp
-All-purpose flour (maida) 2 tbs
-Corn flour 2 tbs
-Tetra pack cream 1 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
Ingredients For Sauce:
-Butter ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Garlic (lehsan) chopped 1 tsp
-Tetra pack cream 200 ml
-Mayonnaise 2 tbs
-Water (pani) 2 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese
-Salt (namak) ½ tsp
-White pepper (safaid mirch) powder ½ tsp

Directions:

-In a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, green chilies, fresh coriander, egg, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, salt, all-purpose flour, corn flour, and tetra pack cream. Mix well. Cover and set aside for 20 mins.
-For sauce, in a pan, add butter and cooking oil and heat it on low flame. Add garlic and cook it for 1 min. Then, turn off the flame and add cream and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add water, mozzarella cheese, salt, and white pepper powder, and cook it on low flame.
-In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it. Deep fry the chicken on high flame for 5 mins until light brown in color.
-On low flame, add water to the sauce and cook it for 1 min. Add fried chicken and coat it well with sauce. Cook it for 3-4 mins on low flame.
-Dish out, garnish with fresh coriander, serve, and enjoy.
