1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
500g Fish
1 cup Onion
½ cup Tomato
6 dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
2 pinches Cumin Seeds
3 Cloves
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
6 Garlic Cloves
½” Ginger
½” Cinnamon Stick
4 Peppercorns
10g Tamarind
1 tsp. Vinegar
8 Kokum [Binda Solam]
1 tsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: Makes: 5 -6
Preparation Time: 30 mins
