Court Ordered Andhra CID To File Reply On Plea: Hearing Of Naidu's Plea Postponed To September 19

A court on Tuesday rejected the plea filed by former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu seeking procurement of house custody. Chandrababu Naidu was arrested last week in an alleged multi-crore scam.
The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) Court in Vijayawada on Tuesday agreed with the CID’s contention in the case and refused house remand for Chandrababu Naidu.
