Head over to holdmycandle.com and grab the 10-day trial for both the Golden Ticket and Golden Goose bots. Add them to your cart and complete the payment.

Once your payment goes through, you'll see a confirmation screen and get an email from Hold My Candle. That email has your download link so don't delete it. If you don't see it right away, check your spam or promotions folder.

Downloading to Your Computer
Open that email and click the download link. The files will download automatically to your computer.

Once the download finishes:

Open your Downloads folder
Find the bot files
Copy them and paste them directly onto your desktop
Don't rename anything or mess with the files at all. Once they're sitting on your desktop, you're good to go for the next step.
