From a company that made unlicensed NES games, Camerica, brings something to the system that has some really well made graphics for it's time along with decent music. Big Nose The Caveman is a slightly difficult game with one hit your done skill set. There are power-ups you can find but also buy from a vendor though I think if you get lucky when selecting the stone hut.

In the end, this game is just difficult to play!
