CHEAT CODE - go to Add-ons and enable Add Mesh: Extra Objects. go add mesh and select diamond in the drop down to instantly generate a diamond and gemstones. I just wanted to highlight using the correct documents to understand some of the whys in faceting

I got really interested in faceting gemstones recently, Until i saw the price on a faceting machine. not wanting to stop, I learnt how to read faceting guides and pulled it into blender to get the full process of modelling to the diagram, make a really nice material and how to light them like a jewelry photographer.
