A 100 mile or 160km review of the NIKE ZOOM FLY 6.

An interesting shoe with a super above 40mm like stack, but with more weight and stability than most. Still soft and energising, one of the best of 2024 and maybe 2025!

This is a shoe i have bought with my own cash. It hasn't been sent to me by NIKE for review.

Check out my thoughts on this super trainer after 100 miles in terms of the upper, midsole, outsole and value.
