Starting this march Pay Pal will enter the offline world by offering its payment services at more than 2,000 Home Depot stores. According to Bloomberg Business Week, it's all about challenging Visa and MasterCard on their home turf.

For the first time, the world's largest retailer is giving small business a chance to win a spot on its store shelves.
You can enter into a number of categories ranging from toys, electronics, clothing and household goods. Businesses submit videos of their latest inventions at www.GetOnTheShelf.com.
People can then vote for the top three winners on the same site. The winner products will be sold on walmart.com and the top winner will automatically get shelf space in select Wal-Mart stores around the country.
