We have literally had the best year ever!! From our pop-up restaurants across the country, to seeking out permanent locations, to bringing on new business partners, to expanding down south & across the pond 🇬🇧. We have the best team & the most loyal customers anybody could ever ask for. I’m beyond grateful. Being an Executive Chef is hard freaking work, but it’s also my passion & my calling and I want to thank everyone who stepped up to share this dream w/ me. To my general manager @evolutionary_el you are a powerhouse & a force to be reckon with when it comes to business. Kate Winters my silent soldier you have made this business a success w/ your loyalty, tough love & dedication from Day 1. @mlikmusic you brought joy & laughter to this company even on really hard days…& last but certainly not least to “The Mayor” who is an investor, now Co-Owner, Mentor, pep talker, problem solver, solution finder & so much more to every single person on this team, especially me. @chefgrizzram we are a package deal, always & forever & to my baby brother @richboyred_ you are my reason for keeping my foot on the gas.
