Ingredients:
2 shallots
4 TBS unsalted butter
1/2 TBS thyme
1/2 TBS garlic powder
1/3 cup flour
Generous 2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 lbs 2 oz frozen precooked chicken meat
2 1/2 cups frozen vegetables
1 3/4 lbs frozen tater tots
5 1/5 oz block cheddar cheese
Herbs de Provence (as needed)
