After a long break from running, I did another 3 months of MAF training. It seems that 3 months is a bit of a magic number for me. So many people ask me, "How long does it take for MAF to work?" There are a couple of milestones along the way, but it seems like the AHA moment comes right around 3 months after starting this type of training. Of course, your results might differ, but this has been consistent for me both times that I tried MAF.
