People have a lot of problems with their thumbs as they get older. Sometimes they get arthritic changes, the thumbs get stiff and sore from working at the computer, driving the car, being on the cell phone, etc.

Here's 3 simple things you can do every day to help your thumbs!

1. Self massage - The thumb actually has a significant amount of muscle around it. This muscle can be massaged to help generate blood flow and help eliminate any fascial adhesions (AKA scar tissue).

2. Stretch - After performing self massage, gently stretch your thumb for increased mobility.

3. Exercise - Finally, keep the thumb strong with these simple exercises.
