How to start spearfishing in the UK

How easy is it to become a 'spearo'? Game chef Cai Ap Bryn joins the growing band of people who like to know where their seafood comes from - many of them shooters/hunters on dry land as well. He goes spearfishing with Maxime 'the Frenchman' Blondel, who introduces him to the sport. In return, Cai cooks up a seafood feast.
