The Bushwacker was a drink I had heard of before but not until diving into the world of frozen drinks did so many mentions and requests of this cocktail come forward. At it's core, it's similar to a mudslide but with rum and cream of coconut. The coconut is relatively mild in this, with the chocolate and coffee flavors coming out the most.

In my disdain for not being able to get this drink to slush properly at the time of filming, I didn't really mention how much I liked/didn't like this drink. I thought it was good, but something I'd need to be in the mood for. It doesn't seem tropical enough for a beach, but somehow the combination of flavors doesn't make it seem like a full-on dessert mudslide. I'm sure some tinkering would help, and the use of a better chocolate liqueur as well. But overall, you need to like the combo of chocolate, coffee, and cream of coconut for this to work for you.
