Wii Fit U is a great way to work out as part of a balanced exercise regimen with yoga & strength training, along with the cardio & balance games that can help tone your body.
I occasionally use Wii Fit U to help strengthen & tone my muscles, along with my regular neighborhood jogs. It is great to have when the weather is not favorable for jogging. I bought the original Wii Fit released in 2007, however, I played team sports then and barely touched the game.
In 2020, I sprained the muscles in my back in a work accident, physical therapy & my original copy of Wii Fit help me recover my back muscles as some of the exercises I do work out my back muscles, along with the rest of my body.
A year later, my original Wii from 2006, died on me, and then I bought my current Wii U along with Wii Fit U to keep up with my Wii Fit regimen. However, I am not sure why the Wii U Gamepad is stuck in grayscale. I still use Wii Fit U to stay fit along with my regular jogs to stay fit and healthy all year round.
