How to Make a Trailerable Boat Cover

In this video we be building a trailering boat cover for a power boat. In order to quickly complete the project we will sew panels of fabric together then pattern the actual fabric on the boat. We will then reinforce the edges for fasteners and sew binding on the raw edges. This video will also show installing the Stayput Shock Cord Cover Clips, Snaps, Boat Vents, and a Zipper opening for easy entrance and exiting while the cover is on the boat. For our boat cover we picked a very water resistant fabric called Top Gun 1S from Sailrite. Top Gun 1S is a slightly breathable fabric, but an enclosed boat cover should incorporate some ventilation for good air circulation.
