Nagsagawa ang Chinese forces ng military drills sa paligid ng Taiwan, tatlong araw matapos manumpa ang bagong presidente ng island territory na si William Lai.

Ayon sa Chinese People’s Liberation Army, ang hakbang ay tugon sa anila’y ‘separatist acts’ ng Taiwan.
