Hi my dear ladies!
Today we gonna train salsa double spin. I remember that many of you asked me to give you some tips about it. In this video you will find 2 exercises that will help you to improve your double spin step by step.
!! With the count I demonstrated it also on 1 bcs you oftenly complain that I dance only on 2 :)) So if you dance on 1 and find this video useful please click "like" to make me see that it's really important for you ;)) Also don't hesitate to share the video, it can help someone else.

And now some important notes and advices about spins:
1. Practice you spins in front of the mirror without a partner.
2. Love yourself no matter what. Don't criticize yourself, give your body some time to remember.
3. Do balance exercises every day. It takes 5 min max.
4. Start from a quarter of a turn, then a half, then a whole turn, then 1,5 and only after a double spin. Don't walk even doing a quarter, always spin it!
5. Don't forget about preparation. It's 50% of success. Train it until your body remembers it.
6. Use slow music first. Only when you feel confident with it, speed it up.
7. Don't tense your back during spinning.
8. Don't grow during spinning, keep the same level
