Gov. Tim Walz 'seriously considering' mask mandate for Minnesota, but no quarantine for travelers

Gov. Tim Walz said Tuesday that he's "seriously considering" a mask mandate, but not quarantining travelers coming into the state - since most of Minnesota's COVID-19 cases are coming through community transmission.
