15-MIN Active Rest Day Home Workout - NO MUSIC - Timer Beeps only - Hip Mobility + Recovery

My hips have been extra tight lately, so I’ve come up with another Active Rest, Recovery, and Mobility routine targeting the HIPS. Melt away stress and open up your lower body as you move through 15 minutes of absolute bliss.

Special appearance by my two kitties today. Any time I leave the door open, they come in and workout with me. It’s adorably purr-fect!

MUSIC NOTE: I did NOT include any music to accompany this workout, ONLY YOUR TIMER BEEPS - so feel free to put on your favorite tunes.

⏱️ Duration: 15-ish workout minutes.
🏋️ Equipment: Mat
💪 My weights used today: None, bodyweight only
🧘 Timer will be set at 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest
🎶 This workout is MUSIC-FREE! Timer beeps are included to lead you through the set, and you put the rest to your own soundtrack. ENJOY!
