Singh and Yai are hunting a werewolf that bites Duen, Singh’s pregnant wife. To be saved, she must eat the heart of a wolf. Frank, a ragpicker, and his niece, Lilly, are always on the run from Frank’s enemies. One day, Lilly walks around the building and gets lost into a cage of Anirut, the last offspring of the wolves. Frank tries to protect his niece from Anirut, so he is bitten on the neck and becomes a werewolf, not like any other werewolves but a leprous wolf. Frank needs to quickly find a cure before Singh and Yai take his heart.
