MDR visits Blackstone Technology in Döbeln: "The start of something completely new"

On 30.03.2022, we had the pleasure of welcoming the reporters from Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR) to our premises in Döbeln, Saxony. When we presented our novel battery technologies to the journalists, they were impressed - and recognised them as a "revolution in the production of electric batteries".

The 3D screen printing process developed by Blackstone is energy-saving and allows for maximum shape flexibility in production. It also offers decisive potential for a sustainable energy transition. This is because it is also suitable for the production of sodium-ion batteries, which have many technical and environmental advantages. These include the elimination of critical raw materials and an even greater energy density. The Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection also praised Blackstone and its contribution to Saxony as a business location. A big thank you to the reporters and to our dedicated employees!
