Number 3 Cake Cutout | No mold number 3 Cutout

Enjoy this quick tutorial on how you can cut a #3 cake out of 2 round cakes. We don’t always have to tools we need but there’s always a way to work around that!

In my video I used 4 10” round cakes because I needed my cake to have some height to accommodate the design. It was a very easy design once you get pass the cut out.
Because it was half unicorn, half trolls design:
I first covered the cake in two different colors using fondant (pink&blue)
For the unicorn half; I made the horn and ears, I had to make them miniature size to fit this specific cake (for a tutorial on how to make them check out my “how to unicorn horn & ears” video. To represent the hair of the unicorn I used buttercream in 2 colors and made some beautiful rosettes!
For the Trolls half; I rolled out fondant in multiple colors to make the rainbow. All the colorful flowers around the cake was made using a flower mold. Finally for the name “trolls” and Poppy (girl troll) I printed them out using edible image. All the vibrant colors just makes this cake POP! VERY SIMPLE & CUTE!
