ARABIAN CHICKEN KABSA RECIPE | CHICKEN KABSA RICE | PERFECT KABSA RECIPE | SHANA'S KITCHEN

Ingredients:
For Kabsa Masala:
Coriander seeds: 2 Tbsp
Cumin seed: 1 tsp
Cloves: 8-10
Black pepper or White Pepper: 1 tsp
Cinnamon: 2 inch 6 stick
Green Cardamom: 8-10
Mace: 1
Nutmeg-1/4 piece
Star Anice: 2
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Tej Patta: 2-3
Red chilli dry:2-3
Dry Lemon:1 (deseeded)

To Marinate Chicken:
Chicken : 750 gms (Probably 4 leg pieces)
Salt : 1 tsp
Kabsa Masala: 1 Tbsp
(Apply and Marinate for 30 mins atleast)

Oil: 3-4 Tbsp
Dry fruits:
Almonds: 8-10
Cashews:8-10
Raisins: 2 Tbsp
Tej Patta: 2
Black pepper: 4-5
Cloves: 2-3
Green Cardamom: 2-3
Onion: 2 med (Finely Chopped)
Ginger garlic paste: 2 Tbsp
Tomato: 2 big (Puree)
Kabsa Masala: 2 Tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp or to taste
Dry Lemons: 2
Fresh Lemon Slices: 4-5
Basmati Rice: 500gms
Water to boil 500gms rice: 1 litre or as req.
Green Chillies: 3-4
Fresh Coriander: 2-3 Tbsp
Oil or butter: 2 tsp (To fry chicken)

For Kabsa Chutney:
Tomato: 2 med (red )
Green Chillies: 2-3
Fresh Coriander: 2-3 Tbsp
Garlic: 4-5
Lemon juice: 1 lemon
Salt: to taste
