Southeast Alt. and Connector Trip Part Two

This the second half of our southeast alternate and connector trip. After finishing the connector we camped at the end in part of the Sumter National Forest in Blair SC. We still had to make our way down the northeast section of the SCAR towards Charleston. Still a bit cold and wet from the previous days ride we opted to stick to mainly pavement to avoid muddy sections and take a short day of riding to Poinsette State Park. We spent most of the afternoon drying some gear, eating, and hanging out at camp. It was a nice 68 degrees for the afternoon and most of the evening. Went to bed hot and woke up to 46 degrees! The next day we had a great but cold ride back to Charleston to finish up our 4 day 3 night trip.
