I live in The Peloponnese and since the financial Crisis in Greece of 2008 and 2009 property prices across the country have been subdued and depressed. However this now seems to be changing. In the Peloponnese, especially around the coast line in Areas close to Nafplio, Kalamata and Patras prices now seem to have started to increase, and this could be just the start of a long period of Property and House Price Growth in Greece, which has been traditionally limited to Athens and the Greek Islands for FDI.

But what do you think? This is speculation in a speculative market. Are prices rising? will they continue to rise and what is driving the market.
