Resep Sate Lilit Ayam Manis (untuk 15 pcs)
Bahan:
350 gr paha ayam giling
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm saus tiram
½ sdt kunyit bubuk
1 butir putih telur
1 ½ sdm gula kelapa
½ sdt garam
½ sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1/8 sdt merica
Bahan bumbu halus:
3 siung bawang putih
4 siung bawang merah
2 cm jahe
3 cm lengkuas
1 sdt ketumbar
2 butir kemiri
3 lembar daun jeruk
1-2 sdm minyak
30 ml air
1 sdm santan
Pelengkap:
nasi putih
sambal rawit iris
jeruk limau
Cara membuat:
1. Potong bawang putih, bawang merah, geprek kemiri, potong jahe dan lengkuas
2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, kemiri, jahe, lengkuas, ketumbar dan daun jeruk, tumis hingga wangi dan sedikit kecokelatan
3. Masukkan bumbu dasar yang sudah ditumis, air dan santan ke dalam blender, haluskan
4. Di dalam mangkuk, masukkan ayam, garam, merica, kaldu ayam bubuk, gula kelapa, kunyit bubuk, putih telur, kecap manis, saus tiram dan bumbu halus, aduk hingga rata
5. Bentuk bulat dengan scoop ice cream kemudian masukkan ke dalam kulkas hingga set
6. Siapkan tusukan sate lilit kemudian letakkan adonan dan tarik ke bawah tusukan menjadi bulat memanjang. Panggang dengan sedikit minyak hingga matang dan kecokelatan
7. Sate lilit ayam manis siap disajikan

Sweet Chicken Sate Lilit Recipe (yield 15 pcs)
Ingredients:
350 g ground chicken thigh
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 pc egg white
1.5 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/8 tsp pepper
Spices:
3 clove garlic
4 pc shallot
2 cm ginger
3 cm galangal
1 tsp coriander
2 pc candlenut
3 pc kaffir lime leaf
1-2 tbsp oil
30 ml water
1 tbsp coconut milk
To serve:
White rice
Sliced Thai chili sambal
Lime
Steps:
1. Slice the garlic, shallot, ginger and galangal. Crush the candlenut.
2. Heat oil. Add garlic, shallot, candlenut, ginger, galangal, coriander, and kaffir lime leaf. Sauté until fragrant and slightly browned.
3. Blend the sautéed spices with water and coconut milk until smooth.
4. In a bowl, mix chicken, salt, pepper, chicken powder, coconut sugar, turmeric powder, egg white, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and blended spices until well combined.
5. Shape into balls using an ice cream scoop, then chill until firm.
6. Prepare sate lilit skewers. Place the dough on and press downward to shape into long ovals. Grill with a bit of oil until cooked and golden brown.
7. Sweet Chicken Sate Lilit is ready to serve.
