This cook has become one of our favorite camp oven recipes! It's easy, delicious, and provides a one pot meal for you and your family. I had a lot of interest when I shared this in the Ragan's camping video so I wanted to make a dedicated video that's easy to find.
What you'll need is a 12' dutch camp oven, whole chicken, onions, potatoes, carrots, garlic, oil, and your favorite poultry seasoning, or simply salt & pepper. The techniques to pull it off are all in the video. Give it a try, you'll love it!
