**Shoulder Adjustment-Torn Labrum & Low Back Pain**

This patient came in complaining of lower back pain and right shoulder pain due to a torn labrum from playing baseball. He had been to 3 chiropractors before coming to me. I did a full assessment on his spine and shoulder and was able to determine he had a shoulder impingement as well as a weak latissimus dorsi muscle. I performed a full body Y-strap adjustment and the hammer and chisel therapy and soft tissue mobilization. His shoulder range of motion was restored to full function as well as his pelvis and SI joint. He left the office feeling and moving better.
