Building a Data Warehouse using Matillion ETL and Snowflake | Tutorial for beginners| Part 4

In this video we use the S3 Load Generator component which in reality is a combination of two components, the Create Table and the S3 Load.

We ingest a compressed CSV file located in a public S3 bucket located in our AWS account. The CSV file contains data for flights and will be loaded in a table as part of your source schema.

We also import a job from a JSON file containing three scripts pointing to the training_flights table. The scripts are stored inside three different SQL Script components. This job will create three views in the source schema after it has been executed. The views will be used as the input in a Transformation Job for creating the fact table for flight analysis.
