In this video Grandmaster Dr Pang Ming, the founder of Zhineng Qigong explains the dos and the don'ts of Chen Qi.

This recording was taken in 1992 during a lecture by Dr Pang. He gave this lecture as part of the 2 year teachers training at the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center (the medicine-less hospital).
