Who is DSP in Pakistan – What is Power of a DSP- DSP as SDPO

In this video, I have explained about DSP who is DSP, what is full form of DSP what is its Power.
DSP stands for Deputy Superintendent of Police.
Usually, DSPs are posted in various offices but not limited to following

1. DSP Special Branch
2. DSP Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Intelligence.
3. DSP Investigation
4. Legal
5. DSP Headquarter
6. DSP Traffic
7. DSP as SDPO

If any DSP is posted as SDPO (Sub Divisional Police Officer), he has a lot of Power and control over many police stations and police posts. DSP is Senior to Inspector and Junior to SP. Sub Inspector/ Inspector are promoted to DSP.
