Narcissistic Mother - Flying Monkeys - "Agents" Role Play

Hello!

Here is my take on having flying monkeys or agents in the family system. What is difficult to process and wrestle with is the sibling relationship such as in this video. The toxic narcissistic parent often thrives on splitting natural bonds between siblings and other parents. While the video is primarily about empowerment it's also important to note any grief about those lost family members who became agents if that is applicable to your story.

The inner child trauma work that I do aims to address: problems of identity, toxic parents, narcissistic recovery, depression, anxiety, self-sabotage, grief about childhood and family, abandonment, scapegoating, empowerment, assertion, reclaiming voice, C-PTSD, intimacy problems, healing, triggers, low self-esteem, coping mechanisms etc.
