Mossberg 44 US Property Marked Military Training Rifle

After recently picking up a CZ 457 in 22LR, I asked my knowledgeable friends what they viewed as other highly accurate 22 platforms. Several of them suggested that I check out the Mossberg 44 US Military Trainer (US Property marked). So I did - and found one made in 1944.

Guess what? They were 100% correct. The Mossberg 44 is 'Moss definitely' a super-accurate gun, and a lot of fun to shoot.

At 4:29 I incorrectly stated that the screw in the magazine is used to prevent the follower from moving when shooting this in single shot mode. Actually, the pin is used to shorten the length of the magazine to accommodate 22 short rounds
