Apparently, there are over 1,700 EV chargers (semi-fast and fast chargers) in Hong Kong ... but where are they? This channel will help discover where some of these free EV chargers are ... so be sure to click Like and Subscribe to catch all the videos!

Today (Sunday 1 August 2021), I visit Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park, where there are 12 free 6kW EV chargers installed in the car park. Please note that even though EV charging may be free, car parking fees may still be charged (pun intended!).

The real cost? From the 6kW charger, I gained about 26km (16 miles) in about 50 minutes and paid HK$26 (US$3.50) for an hour's parking. That means I paid HK$1 (~US 15 cents) per km. This is a very poor rate of return on an EV charger!
