Resiliency: Thriving amid Adversity // The Boys & Girls Club // BMPCC4K Short Documentary

This past summer/Autumn we had the privilege of creating a short doc for the B&G’s club of BTV for their annual fundraising event thus far raising over $300,000! We were fortunate to tell a short story of Abdi, Beinfait & Kim and we thank them all for being awesome and sharing so much with us. The B&G’s club plays such an important role for the youth of our community.

Filmed on the BMPCC4K with mostly Sigma Primes and Canon 24-70.
mostly natural light except for interviews with Abdi and Kim and the study scene with Beinfait.

Aside from the interviews, this was mostly running around with my easyrig capturing moments as they happen, we knew roughly what we wanted t capture but just letting the moments happen worked the best for this scenario. Also being flexible with everyone's schedules was very important and made for a good challenge.
