American Hat Company Factory Tour, How a Cowboy Hat is Made, and Interview with VP of Operations

Several months ago we were invited to American Hat Company for a tour of the factory, we were finally able to make it happen, and Lionel from CBHWLE was able to join us. American VP of Operations Cody Bates sat down with us for an interview while we were there. In this video we get an overview of the process to make felt and straw cowboy hats, the equipment used, and you get to see some of the people who make your favorite hat. We stayed with employees of American and were able to visit with them for a couple days, in this time it was clear they actually do love working for the company, and are truly devoted to producing the best cowboy hat on the market.
