Hours before the Israeli forces began a ground offensive in Lebanon, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made an address

What's surprising was that he was speaking neither to the people of Israel nor Lebanon but Iran.

"There is nowhere in the Middle East Israel cannot reach. There is nowhere we will not go to protect our people and protect our country," he said, accusing the Iranian government of spending billions of dollars on wars across the Middle East.

Last week, speaking at the UN General Assembly in New York, Netanyahu said there was no place in Iran beyond Israel's reach.

Barely hours later, Israel bombed Hezbollah's underground headquarters in southern Beirut, a strike that killed the terrorist group's chief Hassan Nasrallah.
