Still sorting out RMA...support has given directions on how to work on RMA offshore. Email support felt very detached. Chat was rather slow and pretty difficult to give context. Phone support pushed me to go online....which felt detached as well. Customer service could get better.

Video shows that mobiles doesn't charge, nor has power. Will update as RMA progresses.
