The strat is essentially to dodge everything, taunt when he does his energy release (the move that usually makes him vulnerable on the normal final fight), then use your special on him when he's shooting those enemy vision things at you. Rinse a repeat until you win.

I'm not sure if his fight changes if you decide to keep going after this though. This is for only your first time fighting him.
