Описание к видео Diagnosed With Preeclampsia At 26 Weeks: Carole's Story

Carole was diagnosed with Preeclampsia at 26 weeks pregnant. Due to the severity of her condition, Carole was advised that she would be giving birth prematurely at some point in the next 3 weeks.

At 26 weeks and 4 days, Carole gave birth to a baby girl. Carole recalls one of the hardest moments as being unable to hold baby Amy for the first month of her life. Amy is now a happy and healthy 5 and a half-year-old who loves gymnastics and swimming and no long term complications from her prematurity.
