Medevac, scheduled services, and transportation of food and medicines to communities will always be required to sustain life in our northern communities. As our scheduled service operates within Saskatchewan, our pilots get to sleep in their own beds at night, rather than living out of suitcases. 5. Training and qualifications: Becoming a commercial pilot requires extensive training and qualifications. Pilots must obtain a commercial pilot license, accumulate flight hours, and pass various exams. They also need to undergo regular medical examinations to maintain their license.

6. Teamwork and communication: Commercial pilots work closely with colleagues on the ground and onboard the aircraft. They must have good teamwork and communication skills.
