As we head into 2024, seasonality in the real estate market is going to be in full effect - We are back to a predicable housing market (which we have not been in since Covid).

As we enter into the spring selling season what should buyers expect? Well, make sure you are partnered up with a realtor who is a local expert who can guide you along the way. Part of a realtor's job is to expose their clients to new areas that meet their new home wish list. You also need to find a lender - someone to look at the hard numbers for you. You also need to check your credit score (your lender can guide you on improving your score). Last, you need to save money, but you do not need 20 percent down to make a purchase.
