My First 6 Months Of Training In Aerial Silks Progress | 2023🌸 (Read Desc.)

Hi, im Emily! Welcome to my channel!
Im a training aerialist who has been practicing in aerial arts for over 2 years now! (I started in May of 2021) It isnt a super long time but I feel like im making a ton of progress! I was never a previous dancer or gymnast, I had no prior experience whatsoever, and my splits were non existent. I was about as bendy as a stick and ungraceful as one can get! I attend classes at Ascend Flow Arts, and I first started my aerial journey with the sling. After about a year working with aerial sling I realized I wanted to learn even more, and so I took up the lyra! Finally after about a year of learning with the hoop, I decided I absolutely HAD to get a hold of the silks. I want to train on even more apparatuses and just do as much circus as possible! The aerial rope (corde lisse) is hopefully going to be my next challenge. Ive even gotten into the very beginner stages of learning fire dancing!🔥
