Hamas hoarding thousands of gallons of fuel as Gaza hospitals run low

Officials say Hamas is hoarding a stockpile of more than 200,000 gallons of fuel for its rockets plus electricity and ventilation for its underground tunnels. This comes as hospitals in Gaza are reportedly running severely low on fuel. NBC News' Anna Schecter breaks it down.
