1 scoop peanut butter
1tbsp chia seeds/ hemp seeds (optional but recommended)
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk ( any verity)
Top with favorite fruits, shredded coconut, etc.
Baby & Toddler Friendly

Alternative options:
📌 Peanut butter can replace with nut or almond butter.
📌 Don’t use cow’s milk if a baby under 1
📌 You can also add greek yogurt to add protein
.⁣and to make the oats more creamy.

•Start by mashing ripened banana with a fork.
•Mix mashed banana, old-fashioned oats, milk, peanut butter, and chia seeds.
•Top with any favorite toppings such as sliced banana, berries, or shredded coconut.
